SoftDips is looking for ambitious and energetic Sales Representatives (Commission-based sales role) to join our team and help us expand our flagship product Academitec — an AI-powered Institute Management System designed for schools, colleges, and universities.
What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:
• Approach educational institutes (schools, colleges, universities) to pitch Academitec.
• Generate leads through calls, visits, and online outreach.
• Deliver persuasive presentations & demos (with training + support from our team).
• Maintain records of leads, pipeline, and closed deals.
• Provide market feedback to improve sales strategy and product positioning.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or EdTech (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-motivated and target-driven professionals.
• Students / fresh graduates are also welcome — performance matters more than degrees.
This position is for candidates based in Karachi / Hyderabad
