Experienced Dispatcher Needed for a Rapidly Growing Dispatching Company:-

Real Solution BPO is currently looking for an experienced truck dispatcher who have worked as a dispatcher and have dispatched trucks such as Flatbeds, Dry Van, Re**er, Step Deck, Box Trucks, Power Only, Hot Shots ( hauling) or any type of them equipment and knows how to work the load board.

We're hiring an experienced cold caller who will make calls to the carriers to have them join our dispatching service in the United States. Ideally, we're looking for someone with a background in transportation/freight/trucking.

The primary purpose of this role is to share information that convinces commercial driver's license (CDL) holders. we understand their problems/struggles that relate to acquiring loads and obtaining the best rates. They need to understand we can help them to make their business more efficient and prosperous.

The end result is to obtain Carriers/Owner Operators to sign on with our company for Dispatching Services.

Truck Dispatcher Responsibilities:-
• Lead generation, attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
• Navigating various platforms with proficiency to book loads for drivers.
• You must know how to prepare all documents needed for this transaction.
• Ensuring pickups and deliveries are scheduled and fulfilled and customers are kept informed regarding the progress of a shipment.
• Maintain a solid understanding of current market conditions and business trends to effectively negotiate rates and lanes with customers and carriers.
• Dispatching trucks and problem-solving issues that could affect a shipment’s pickup or delivery.
• Cultivating strong relationships with customers, drivers and team members.
• Managing existing client relationships by understanding the requirements of customers to ensure their needs are being met.

Truck Dispatcher Requirements:-
• Fluent in Written and Verbal communication in English.
• 1-3 years of experience as a truck dispatcher.
• Exceptional ability to schedule drivers, plan routes, and dispatch drivers to customer locations.
• Extensive experience in customer services, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
• Experience with Load Board and Transportation Management Software (TMS), such as DAT and Ascend
• Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient computer & data entry skills

Perks:
• Basic Salary + Commission
• The project will be divided into phases. We basically are targeting 10 clients/carriers to sign up for our dispatch services. Therefore, the project will be divided in 10 milestones. A specific portion of the budget will be released/paid out at each milestone.
