Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying:
Charity does not in any way decrease the wealth and the servant who forgives Allah adds to his respect, and the one who shows humility Allah elevates him in the estimation (of the people).

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص قرآن کے پڑھنے میں ماہر ہو، وہ معزز اور نیک سفراء ( فرشتوں ) کے ساتھ ہو گا، اور جو شخص قرآن کو اٹک اٹک کر پڑھتا ہو اور اسے پڑھنے میں مشقت ہوتی ہو تو اس کو دو گنا ثواب ہے ۱؎۔

حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَى النَّاسِ زَمَانٌ لَا يُبَالِي الْمَرْءُ بِمَا أَخَذَ الْمَالَ ، أَمِنْ حَلَالٍ أَمْ مِنْ حَرَامٍ .

Narrated Abu Hurairah (ra): The Prophet (saws) said Certainly a time will come when people will not bother to know from where they earned the money, by lawful means or unlawful means. (See Hadith no. 2050)

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، ایک زمانہ ایسا آئے گا کہ انسان اس کی پرواہ نہیں کرے گا کہ مال اس نے کہاں سے لیا، حلال طریقہ سے یا حرام طریقہ سے۔

They say Jashn e Eid Milad un Nabi. We are not a people given to Jashn of any sort. Even at the conquest of Makkah, there was no jashn. Jashn has its rightful place only in Jannah.
It is not even confirmed that the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam was even born on the 12th Rabiul awwal. It is however confirmed that he died on that day.
