Optimize your inefficient spending by following these steps:

Go to the Targeting Tab.

Filter by Active Status: Enabled.

Orders: Less than or equal to 0.

Timeframe: Lifetime.

Sort Clicks by highest to lowest.

You will now see keywords that have received a lot of clicks over time but have never been eliminated because not enough clicks occurred during a 30- to 60-day period.

Now go ahead and negate them or lower their bids.
