I recently watched Netflix new series Adolescence and it’s something everyone should be talking about. The show highlights the hidden dangers young people face online and how digital spaces can shape their thoughts and behaviors in ways we often overlook.

Even the UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has acknowledged its importance, watching it with his children and supporting efforts to screen it in schools and Parliament to raise awareness about online influences on youth. Experts are also calling for more digital literacy and safety measures to protect young minds.

This series is a wake-up call. We need to have more conversations about guiding the next generation through the complexities of the digital world.
