*Hiring Experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)*
*The Telaxy Call Centre Pvt Ltd* is a company that has an affiliation with UK-based Taxi Companies and is based in Rawalpindi. We are now hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to work on the following Basis.
β *Full-Time Basis.*
β *Part-Time Basis.*
β *Weekly Basis.*
β *Basic 60k to 80k.*
β *Permanent fix rota.*
β *Travel Allowance.* (Female staff only)
β *Medical Allowance for all staff.*
β *Night Allowance* (for night staff only.)
& many Bonuses.
β *Looking for people who are professional, punctual, dedicated and intellectual enough to coup up the job needs.*
β *Required experience in taxi dispatch system Minimum 1 year for UK.*
β *Limited slots available.*
*Job responsibilities include;*
β
Answering Inbound calls.
β
Taking the airport and local taxi bookings.
β
Booking over the phone, email, or online and input data accurately into the software provided by the clients.
β
Providing a price quotation to the customers.
β
Responding to emails and live chat inquiries as required.
β
Deal with queries related to the company and bookings.
β
Create a positive brand image in front of the customers.
β
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
β
Liaise with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always work for the best interest of the company.
β
Dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to the company's procedure.
β
Punctual, reliable, and responsible as per shift requirements.
β
Organized ex*****on of daily tasks assigned by the company.
β
Requirements for the job ;
β
UK returnees would be preferred.
β
Fluent English speaking and writing skills required. (Preferably British English)
β
A minimum of 01 years Call Centre experience.
β
People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
β
Excellent skills in Customer Management.
β
Decent know-how of Taxi booking software. *(Preferably iCabbi, Autocab)*
β
Ability to multi-task and problem-solving approach.
β
Knows Taxi dispatching.
β
Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on a ROTA.
β
(Agent's shifts will range from *10-12* hours a day; with overtime also available.)
β
Agents will be trained for a minimum of 03 days. The training session could be extended subject to Trainer feedback and evaluation.
β
