βœ” *Full-Time Basis.*
βœ” *Part-Time Basis.*
βœ” *Weekly Basis.*
βœ” *Basic 60k to 80k.*
βœ” *Permanent fix rota.*
βœ” *Travel Allowance.* (Female staff only)
βœ” *Medical Allowance for all staff.*
βœ” *Night Allowance* (for night staff only.)

βœ” *Looking for people who are professional, punctual, dedicated and intellectual enough to coup up the job needs.*
βœ” *Required experience in taxi dispatch system Minimum 1 year for UK.*

*Job responsibilities include;*
βœ… Answering Inbound calls.
βœ… Taking the airport and local taxi bookings.
βœ… Booking over the phone, email, or online and input data accurately into the software provided by the clients.
βœ… Providing a price quotation to the customers.
βœ… Responding to emails and live chat inquiries as required.
βœ… Deal with queries related to the company and bookings.
βœ… Create a positive brand image in front of the customers.
βœ… Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
βœ… Liaise with clients, colleagues & drivers, and always work for the best interest of the company.
βœ… Dispatch and distribute jobs in time and according to the company's procedure.
βœ… Punctual, reliable, and responsible as per shift requirements.
βœ… Organized ex*****on of daily tasks assigned by the company.
βœ… Requirements for the job ;
βœ… UK returnees would be preferred.
βœ… Fluent English speaking and writing skills required. (Preferably British English)
βœ… A minimum of 01 years Call Centre experience.
βœ… People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
βœ… Excellent skills in Customer Management.
βœ… Decent know-how of Taxi booking software. *(Preferably iCabbi, Autocab)*
βœ… Ability to multi-task and problem-solving approach.
βœ… Knows Taxi dispatching.
βœ… Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on a ROTA.
βœ… (Agent's shifts will range from *10-12* hours a day; with overtime also available.)
βœ… Agents will be trained for a minimum of 03 days. The training session could be extended subject to Trainer feedback and evaluation.
βœ… (Highly competitive remuneration will be offered as per your experience and abilities)
