Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customer problems.
- Generate sales.
Qualifications:
- Matric to Master's degree
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (freshers also welcome)
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and English fluency (basic English speakers also eligible)
