🔬 Celebrating the International Day of Women and Girls in Science 2026
Campaignistan and StreamWorks, in collaboration with Air University Incubation Center, hosted an inspiring event in Islamabad: Women & Girls in STEAM: Bridging Classrooms, Careers & Industry.
Our CEO Farhad Ahmed Jarral shared a powerful message: “Pakistan’s future depends on unlocking the full potential of its youth, and that means ensuring girls and women are not spectators but leaders in the STEAM revolution.”
The reality: Globally, women represent less than one-third of all researchers. In Pakistan, that gap is even wider.
Our commitment: From organizing science festivals to establishing innovation labs, we’ve witnessed the extraordinary talent that emerges when young women are given the platform to dream big.
We were honored to be joined by distinguished guests including Rabia Farhan (VP, IWCCI), Sadaf Asim Abbasi (Chairperson, ICCI), and Air Cdre. (Retd.) Fawad Zahir (Director ORIC, Air University), who all emphasized that when we invest in women’s education and opportunities, entire nations rise.
Bridging the gender gap in STEAM isn’t charity—it’s strategy. Nations that invest in their women don’t just grow; they leap forward. 🚀
