قطع‌نامه فعالین مدنی در اعتراض به اخراج اجباری پناهندگان افغان

ما، جمعی از فعالین مدنی، مدافعان حقوق بشر و حامیان کرامت انسانی، در کنار هزاران پناهنده افغان که سال‌هاست از جنگ، خشونت، سرکوب و برای حفظ حق اولیه و مقدس زنده‌ماندن گریخته‌اند، امروز گرد هم آمده‌ایم تا صدای بی‌صدایان باشیم؛ صدای کسانی که خانه و وطن‌شان را از دست داده‌اند و اکنون در آستانه اخراج اجباری به سرزمینی قرار گرفته‌اند که برای‌شان معنایی جز مرگ، شکنجه و نابودی ندارد.

ما این گردهمایی مسالمت‌آمیز را به‌عنوان اعتراضی علیه اخراج اجباری پناهندگان افغان از پاکستان برگزار کرده‌ایم و بر اصول بنیادین حقوق بشری، کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی و ارزش‌های انسانی که اخراج اجباری را ممنوع می‌دانند، تأکید می‌کنیم.

ما به‌عنوان فعالین مدنی و مدافعان حقوق بشر قاطعانه اعلام می‌کنیم:
1. اخراج اجباری پناهندگان افغان، اقدامی غیرانسانی، غیرقانونی و مغایر با اصول حقوق بین‌الملل است و باید فوراً متوقف شود.
2. حق زنده‌ماندن و امنیت پناهندگان افغان در صورت بازگشت اجباری به افغانستان به‌طور جدی در خطر است.
3. دولت پاکستان باید به‌جای فشار و اخراج، راه‌حل‌های انسانی و قانونی برای اقامت امن پناهندگان جستجو کند.
4. ما خواهان تسریع فوری در پروسس و رسیدگی به پرونده‌های پناهندگان توسط کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان (UNHCR) و سفارتخانه‌های مرتبط هستیم تا از سرگردانی و خطرات جدی که این پناهندگان با آن روبه‌رو هستند، جلوگیری شود.
5. ما از سازمان ملل متحد، کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان (UNHCR) و تمامی نهادهای بین‌المللی می‌خواهیم با اقدام فوری، مانع از این فاجعه انسانی شوند.
6. جامعه جهانی نباید در برابر این رنج بزرگ سکوت کند. مسئولیت حمایت از پناهندگان تنها به دوش یک کشور نیست؛ این وظیفه‌ای انسانی و جهانی است.

ما از جهان می‌خواهیم:

به صدای این انسان‌های بی‌دفاع گوش دهید. به اخراج اجباری پایان دهید. پرونده‌های پناهندگان را با فوریت و دقت رسیدگی کنید و اجازه ندهید سرنوشت هزاران زن، کودک و مرد پناهجو به کام مرگ و تباهی سپرده شود.

این اعتراض ما نه‌تنها برای پناهندگان افغان، بلکه برای دفاع از ارزش‌های مشترک انسانی است.
ما در کنار پناهندگان ایستاده‌ایم و تا تحقق حقوق آنان به مبارزه مدنی ادامه خواهیم داد.

Afghan refugees in Pakistan live in the worst conditions.
Mr. Ahmad Zia Faiz decided to file a complaint to make his voice heard in the world due to the bad situation of Afghan refugees. But the Pakistani police arrested him and put him in jail and did not let him get a lawyer. While human rights and the UN and the Hague office just watch, they are the biggest criminals of the 21st century. Mr. Ahmad Zia Faiz has been in Pakistan’s prison for three years in the worst conditions without any reason. The Hague office in the Netherlands, the Human Rights Organization and the United Nations, especially Pakistan, should be held accountable.

آنها به معنای واقعی دادخواهی کردند.

A letter from Professor Ahmad Zia Faiz,

To whom it may concern.

I am Ahmad Zia Faiz Son of Abdulkarim from inside the prison of Punjab (Adyala Jail), Pakistan; I write with a broken pen and tired mind.
I was born in 22 June 1988 I am married and have five Children (2 sons 3 daughters). Since I was 15 years old, I participated in cultural programs; after that I participated
in social, civil, and humanitarian activities. I see the beauty of the world in peace and tranquility and I am against war and violence.

When the country collapsed, the terrorist and Taliban ruled the country, all borders were closed to poor Afghan nation. Even it was difficult to get visa for neighboring countries.
I tried a lot of ways to get visa too, but I failed. Finally, I had to cross “Spin Boldak” border without visa like hundreds Afghan on Feb/2/2022 at 9' clock, I passed the border entered to Pakistan with a patient.

For many years, due to the lack of medical equipment, the united border between Afghanistan and Pakistan was allowing the patients to enter the country without any passport or visa document only with a Tazkira card (Identity card). Passed the border and moved to Islamabad and we passed several checkpoints of police.

I saw every man, woman, young and old; scared and terrified. When I looked at the innocent child who had fear with no guilt and crime. And women, teenagers and
young people who had educated with hundreds of hopes, had thought everything was over and it was the end of the road. The breaths were trapped in chest and there
was no hope for the future and bright life and they saw the darkness everywhere. It was that humanity dictated that a step should be taken because nights and days
hearts full of blood and eyes full of tears forced me to make the first move for the women of any country to be brave instead of fear and hope for despair. I was a hope
for them, in March I celebrated women’s day for the women of oppressed nation. It was a very beautiful day. Even though we had informed the journalists they did not
come and we took videos and showed it to the media, but they did not publish it again. Again, everyone was happy that there is someone who think about his nation this program broke the boundaries of feared and hope and courage were found.
For connection between Afghans, I made a WhatsApp group by the name of plaintiffs and the lawsuit started from that time, we started from Foreign Park and the until
announced our presence. When the police came to know they forced us to leave the location with inhuman treatment and we left the situation to Press Club.
Seizing the opportunity, we made a March and we were in court day and night for more than two months.
For cold blood even for several days and nights we did not have enough food we were patient. During this time, we marched several times with our hand tied behind us heads. Depending on the government of Pakistan with the violence treatments and the remaining obstacles on the way and the police attacked on the women, children
and the sick even children. All their pictures and videos are there. After this period, they tricked me for going to Mosque but dropped me to the police station.
Since 22 June I have been a prisoner of this country without fate. What the police wrote in FIR report and live that we have are very different.
It has been three months that I am in captivity I do not know about my wife and children that where they are and what they are doing.

Now I request your authority to grant humanitarian visas to me and the number of me companion who are
still in field of litigation.

The Protest Group “KILL US”
A number of Afghan refugees in Islamabad gathered to express their objection against the attack on Kaaj Educational Center. In this protest gathering, they called for stopping attacks on Hazaras.
The Protest Group “Kill us” have been advocating for all Afghan refugees who have fled to Pakistan and have been in limbo for months [since Taliban takeover].

گروه دادخواهان kill us.
شماری از مهاجران افغان در اسلام‌اباد پاکستان، در واکنش به حمله بر مرکز آموزشی کاج، تجمع اعتراضی برگزار کردند.
آنان در این اعتراض خواستار توقف حمله بر هزاره‌ها شدند.
دادخواهان kill us بیش از پنج ماه می‌شود که برای همه افغان‌هایی که به پاکستان پناه آوردند و در بی سرنوشتی بسر میبرند دادخواهی می‌کنند.
همچنین این پناهجویان خواهان آزادی استاد احمد ضیاء فیض هستند که بیش از سه ماه می‌شود به جرم دادخواهی مدنی و حمایت از پناهجویان توسط پولیس پاکستان دستگیر شده و در زندان بسر میبرد.
