We are on the lookout for self-driven, passionate young individuals to join our digital marketing team at Guru Agency Int. You will be responsible for generating fresh, creative and interesting advertising campaigns that tell a story. The ideal candidate would be a fresh Bachelor’s graduate with knowledge of Hollywood and GenZ news/gossip. Do you think you’ve got what we need?

● What We Do:
We create innovative social media marketing campaigns to advertise our blogs that range over a variety of different topics such as Celeb Gossip, Movies & TV shows, DIY, Hacks, Food, Sports, Comedy, Cars, Travel…etc.

● Responsibilities:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform understanding, audience identification and customer response analysis
- Generate, edit, and publish daily campaigns (original text and images) that encourage our target audience to engage and reach landing page.
- Formulate high-quality, appealing and engaging written captions for each social media campaign
- Consistently improve by monitoring and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and target audience’s best practices, and then proactively acting on the information
- Study provided data to determine whether the campaign’s objective has been maintained and achieved.
- Ensure respectful and appropriate word and image selection for each campaign that adheres to community standards and regulations
- Stay updated on the latest Hollywood trends, industry news, and GenZ culture
- Use designing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop…etc.

● Requirements:
- Fresh Bachelor’s graduate
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/text), presentation and communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of digital marketing, and good understanding of major online marketing channels
- Demonstrable research skills with proven knowledge of data collection methods from different search engines
- Understanding of graphic design principles and ability to measure campaign success through provided data
- Past and current knowledge of Hollywood trends, entertainment updates and everyday industry happenings
- Self-driven and independent with a tendency for an out-of-the-box critical thinking style
- Positive attitude, detail and audience oriented with good multitasking, organisational abilities and time management

● Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer Sciences/Engineering educational background
- Experience using graphic tools
- Knowledge of Hollywood gossip, GenZ culture, memes, online slang…etc.
- Prior knowledge of managing/running a social media page
- Graduate from reputable university (Bahria, Air, FAST, NUST)

● Work Hours:
48-50 hours/week

● Type of Job:
Full Time

● Salary Packages:
Basic Salary: 20,000 during probation
Premium Salary: 40,000 after probation

● Probation Period:
Up to 2 months

● Benefits:
Up to 6-figure monthly earnings in profits
