Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and be able to articulate their value to customers.
Able to generate mature leads.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to their inquiries.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
