Eid celebrations were at its peak

Eidi was given all around

And on this blessed day of celebrating the overcoming of challenges
And the blessings received.
- Eid bursts with joy and renewal.
- Families, dressed in their finest, gather for
the eid prayer.
AND
- Delicious meals are shared, laughter fills
the air

The 3 characters think about their families
And how they would have celebrated Eid with them

Sadness ensues over them

BUT SUDDENLY

After the eid prayer
Everyone hugs each other,
And some brothers they met invite them to celebrate with them.

It was a beautiful reminder of the importance of community faith and togetherness.

The best time for giving thanks, mending bonds, and expressing kindness to those in need,

It was a celebration of overcoming challenges and blessings received.
They all expressed thanks to god and appreciate the good things in their lives.

It was truly a dream come true

And their Eidi was to be present in the moment

It was EID

The gift after the month of ramadan

AND

Everyone was busy making this special day memorable

- Some people were out with their families
- Others were dressed in throbes prepared
to visit the holy kaaba
- Balloons were inflated elsewhere,
decorations unfurled,
and
- The scent of different arabic foods filled
the air of Madinah

The dream of seeing this all in person left the all in awe
They were overwhelmed by their emotions

Noor started crying

Ahmed, sensing her emotions, rushed to comfort her.
But with a watery smile, she reassured him,
“ These are happy tears “

The last time she was this happy felt like a lifetime ago.

Ahmed and Karim joined her in this mesmerization.

Every fiber of their being celebrated this long-awaited destination.

It was truly a magnificent homecoming….

For a home far away from home….

After endless struggles and countless prayers

They were finally here.

They felt truly blessed.

BUT

Something was different
Noone was overcome by the heat of the scorching sun in the fast.
- People were eating food
- Giving hugs
- Receiving handshakes everywhere

That day had a special aura about it

Everywhere they went they were greeted nicely.

Its when they realized
It was that one day where everyone sets aside their differences
And comes together to celebrate

Madinah is not far, the old man had said

‘ Just walk forward and pray as you go ‘

And so
- They walked those sandy mounds
- Chanted the blessings of ramadan
- And hoped they would experience the
blessings of seeing Madinah soon

Everyone among them was tired to the core.

Some were traveling for days

The other for weeks

Not a single soul held an ounce of energy left.

Everyone was beatdown

BUT SUDDENLY
- Their faces glowed up
AND
- Their tiredness vanished

Somebody had shouted

‘ Madinah, Madinah ‘

Everyone looked in the direction
Some minaret were visible off in the distance

Which was enough for them to celebrate their victory

Instantly, their energies were replenished.

A thrill shot through them as their dream solidified into reality.

A weight lifted from their shoulders

AND

Disbelief gave way to joy

‘ This was it, This was their destiny come true ‘
