Meet Sardar Sami, another son of the soil of Kashmir. Who a Social activist, Philanthropist, Young leader and Humanitarian Aid Worker. He has worked broadly with young people from diverse background. Samiullah is presently working with Pakistan Red Crescent as Head of Youth & Volunteer Development Programme.

Samiullah was born on the 20th of November, 1986, in Muzaffarabad, AJK. He received most of his schooling and early college education in Muzaffarabad. Later he did graduation from the National University of Modern Languages with an M.Sc in Social Sciences in International Relations.

Seeing the potential of his peers to mold the political futures of their communities, Samiullah founded a youth-led organization, the State Youth Assembly, to engage young people in democratic processes and enhance their leadership skills. He has vast experience of working in the fields of gender based violence, peace, interfaith harmony, democracy and human rights as well as Advocacy campaigning. Samiullah constantly strives to motivate and inspire young people through advocacy and educational programs.

He is also the Professional legislative fellow of U.S State department and was honored in the House of Representatives and Senate of the State of Ohio, USA by the speaker Clifford Rosenberger and Senator Frank Larose for his services for the cause of Youth Development and Democracy in Pakistan.

He has also been invited to several National/ International conferences as a speaker at the Closing Ceremony of SAARC Training, Civil Society Exchange Program in Kabul, Young Leaders Conference Thailand and Education Conference in New Delhi, India. He also represented Pakistan Red Crescent as a Youth Delegate at the Youth Forum during International Conference in Antalya, Turkey and Asia Pacific Regional Conference in Manila, Philippines. He is also Master Trainer of YABC and attained Regional ToT in Climate Resilience from Kuala-lumpur, Malaysia.

Samiullah believes that young people are quick learners, and are agents of change in their communities. Since 2010, he has been working at the grassroots level in Pakistan to help rural youth develop a passion for technology and to use ICTs as learning tools.

He also served as the Youth-Prime Minister for National Youth Assembly and National Campaign Manager with Sustainable Social Development Organization where he was instrumental in spearheading innovative programs and projects.
