Hiring an SEO Intern (on-site)

This is a paid internship that can lead to a confirmed job. The first week is a trial week and is unpaid, so we can both see if it's the right fit before committing further.

I'm happy to invest my time and train you properly, but I need someone who takes this seriously and is committed to learning.

Non-negotiable:

→ Excellent English, both spoken and written. This is not negotiable, no exceptions.

What else I'm looking for:

→ Able to think critically and ask the right questions, not just follow instructions blindly

→ Proactive, you notice what needs to be done, and you do it

→ Genuinely willing to learn and takes feedback well

→ Basic understanding of SEO; doesn't need to be advanced, just needs the fundamentals

Note: The online interview will be conducted in English to gauge your proficiency in the language.

Starting Pay: 25k. It will be increased each month according to your experience and the value you bring during the first 3 months.

P.S This is not a typical agency setup. I work mainly as a freelancer and am currently transitioning to a proper agency. The first week (5 business days) will be non-paid for a trial. I have had bad experienced with previous hires. So a trial is essential.

Hiring an intermediate-level SEO

I'm looking for someone with 2+ years of SEO experience who genuinely wants to learn, grow, and get better at what they do.

I'll be teaching you my processes and how I work, so you need to be someone who picks things up fast, asks the right questions, and actually applies what they learn. If you are someone who is okay with staying average, this is not the right fit.

What I'm looking for:
→ 2+ years of SEO experience
→ A problem-solving mindset. (important)
→ Someone who is hungry to learn and upskill, not someone waiting to be told what to do
→ Flexible and adaptable
→ Good English, written and spoken

Hiring a Senior SEO / SEO Account Manager

I need someone who can basically be my carbon copy or even better than me.

Someone who takes full ownership of my client projects, handles communication, makes sure work gets done on time, builds strategy, manages reports and processes, and keeps everything running without me having to follow up on every little thing.

You'll be working with a small remote team under you: a junior SEO assistant, a junior web developer, and a senior web developer. I also outsource backlink work, so you'll coordinate with those vendors too and make sure delivery and work are on point.

Before anything goes to a client, it goes through you. Quality check is on you.

What I'm looking for:

→ 4+ years of SEO experience
→ Good at project coordination and client communication
→ Strong English, written and spoken
→ Someone who is self-learning, because SEO and AI move fast. We are all learning, and I appreciate people who constantly improve and challenge themselves.
→ Someone who actually enjoys brainstorming, discussing ideas, and improving how things work. I constantly work on improving my SEO, processes, and systems, and I want someone who is into that too.
