The Position:
As a Call Center Representative at Eventus Faction, you will be helping improve the lead generation process. Our representatives make phone calls and help customers connect with their local consultants, providing assistance by:
• scheduling call backs / appointments
• relating useful and necessary information
• registration process for new customers
We focus on quality over quantity. We want to ensure that all of the customers we speak with receive excellent service. We don’t require any of our team members to memorize scripts, instead we encourage the team to COMMUNICATE with their customers.
Do you have what it takes to be a Call Center Representative?
• Positive attitude, a true customer service mindset and a desire to help people
• Prompt, courteous phone skills
• Ability to handle multiple phone calls and high call volumes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – including proper use of grammar and ability to document information
• Call center experience a plus!
