Sigma Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to maintain and grow our client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Identify and target new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and negotiate contracts, proposals, and other business agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective sales campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to business development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree, 5y+ prior experience in Business Development roles including Business Development Manager within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
