This documentary was recorded right after The Founders Experience at NICAT.

I was completely exhausted, mentally drained, and running on almost no sleep for the last few nights.
But maybe that’s what made this so real.

Nothing was scripted.
Nothing was prepared.
These were simply honest thoughts spoken straight from the heart.

Let me say it loud out today,
TCC is not just a networking space.

It’s more than that.

It’s a safe space.
A supportive space.
A human space.

A place where you can speak your heart out without feeling judged.

A place where you can share your failures and still feel embraced, welcomed, understood, and supported.

Because life is not only about celebrating wins.
Sometimes, people simply need someone to acknowledge their efforts.
Sometimes people just need hope.
Sometimes people just need people.

And that is the culture we are trying to build through The Connector Club.

This is not a place to brag about achievements or pretend life is perfect.

This is a place to be real.
To be vulnerable.
To learn.
To heal.
To grow together.

A place where conversations feel human again.

Where founders support founders.
Where people genuinely want to see each other win.
Where you feel safe, seen, valued, and supported.

And honestly, this community changed lives.

In some ways…
it even saved lives.

This documentary is not just a video for me.
It carries my heart, my vision, my emotions, and everything I deeply believe communities can become in this generation.

Hazik is one of those people we can never forget.

Back when we had absolutely nothing, no big audience, no strong social proof, no certainty whether people would even show up or not, he still believed in us and collaborated with us.

He literally travelled all the way from Lahore to Islamabad for our very first Founders Networking Dinner.

And honestly, that event was built purely with belief.

We planned the whole thing in just 2 days.
We were even thinking of cancelling it one day before the event because we genuinely did not know if we would be able to pull it off or not.

But somehow, we took the leap with faith in Allah and kept going.

I still remember I was hosting the event myself, sharing the vision myself, trying to manage everything myself.

And slowly the room started coming alive.

We had live music.
Stand-up comedy by Hazeek.
Open mic sessions.
Icebreakers.
Networking.
Conversations.
Energy.
People connecting genuinely.

And Alhamdulillah, that night became the foundation of something beautiful.

That’s why we always support Hazeek and share his work whenever we can.
Because you should never forget the people who backed you when you were just starting out.

And honestly, I believe this should become a mindset for everyone.

Support people when they are building.
Back people when they are uncertain.
Collaborate with people before the world starts clapping for them.

That support means more than people realize.

Communities are the future.
And honestly, I feel they are becoming a need now.

We all have become so occupied mentally.
From work to entertainment, from communication to even our short breaks, everything now exists inside our mobile phones and screens.

And somewhere in between all of this, we slowly started losing genuine human connection.

But as humans, we are social by nature.
We need people.
We need conversations.
We need spaces where we can sit together, exchange perspectives, talk about life, business, struggles, growth, ideas, and simply feel understood.

That’s something our souls genuinely crave for.

And this is one of the biggest reasons why I believe deeply in building communities and hosting these gatherings.

Because these rooms recharge people.
They calm people.
They energize people.
They help people grow.

Sometimes one conversation changes the way you see life.
Sometimes one room changes the way you see yourself.

And that is exactly the culture we are trying to build through The Connector Club.

Not just a networking community.
A humanized networking community.

A place where founders can genuinely connect with each other beyond business cards and transactional conversations.

A place where people feel safe, welcomed, valued, and understood.

I don’t only want people to leave our events with business insights or opportunities.
I want them to leave feeling lighter.
More peaceful.
More energized.
More hopeful.

I want this to become a space where people support each other genuinely.
Where good intent exists.
Where meaningful relationships are built.

And honestly, hosting these experiences feels like art to me.
This is creative work for me.
I do it with my whole heart.
