Imagine you order a mobile phone online.
Before it reaches your home, many things happen:
β’ The phone is made in a factory.
β’ It is packed in a box.
β’ It is sent to a warehouse.
β’ A truck picks it up.
β’ It is delivered to your house.
All of these steps together are called logistics.
