Role: Data Scientist (Machine Learning)

- Working with client and project technical team to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Use AWS SageMaker and Azure Data Lake for data analysis


Minimum Requirements

- Four-year degree in a related Computer Science, Math or Statistical field of study.
- 3+ continuous years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures.
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.
- SUPERB communication skills with an emphasis on writing and interpreting abilities
- Excellent presentation skills. Must have the ability to confirm complex data into digestible formats for non-technical business teams.

Salary: PKR 150,000 - PKR 300,000

Timings: 12 pm - 9 pm

Job Description :

· Hands-on Java/JavaScript programmer and lead with at least 3 years of experience in designing scalable and reliable software.
· Experience with software design patterns and object-oriented design methodologies.
· Familiarity with Domain-driven design methodologies and should understand Microservices design patterns.
· Must be able find and make optimizations to code and must be willing to coach the team on good industry programming practices.

· Good understanding of AWS and Azure

· Must be willing to work with distributed teams.

· Must have worked in Agile programs and have an understanding of scrum practices.

Good to have

· Basic understanding and knowledge on developing SQL queries.

· Basic understanding of data modelling patterns.

· Familiarity with UML Sequence and class diagrams.

· Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, pattern recognition is a plus

· Good communication and presentation skills

Salary Bracket: PKR150,000 - PKR 300,000 (Negotiable, based on experience and knowledge)
