1. Purchase Order
Master Computers will issue a Purchase Order accompanied with initial payment by cheque or draft, drawn on Master Computers to confirm the acceptance.
2. Warranty
Warranty of 10 months parts on Hardware, whereas, rest of the equipment. Warranty is covered on product defects only (damage and breakage are not covered)
Perform the following regular maintenance services for each assigned computer each due weekly, visit. Servicing of CPU, Monitor, Printer Scanner and etc. Diagnosis of hard disk & CD ROM drive(s), whatever available, using special software. Suggestion for trouble shooting, improvement and up gradation as and where necessary. The servicing task doesn’t include replacement of any Damage & Burn Part(s), which will be done at the cost to be charged separately at the market rate. Perform other task, in addition to above; on the request of M/s of its staff only at the time following rates to be paid by M/s to Master Computers within a week after a special service on request is performed. However, such special service (task) doesn’t cover installation of software. If required, licensed software can be installed at a rate to be discussed and agreed upon as and when needed. Furnish a Service Performance Report for the assigned computer(s) to M/s that will contain, among other information, the suggestions for troubleshooting, improvement and up gradation as and where deemed necessary. Not be responsible for any wear and tear of any component or parts thereof of the assigned computer(s) provided they are supplied by Master Computers and covered under a valid warranty as practiced in the local and international markets.
3. Validity
The proposal will remain valid for acceptance till one month after submission. Conclusion
