Key Responsibilities:
Online Support: Promptly respond to client inquiries, messages, and comments on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
Client Dealing: Welcoming and attending to walk-in clients, explaining project details, and building strong customer relationships.
Installment Management: Receiving client installment payments and ensuring accurate documentation.
Lead Conversion: Coordinating closely with the social media team to follow up on digital leads and convert them into successful sales.
Requirements:
Gender: Female applicants only.
Experience: Fresh or 1 Year Experience in Sales Marketing, Customer Care,
Skills: Strong communication, convincing, and client-handling skills.
Attitude: Professional, presentable, and a team player.
