Lets take you to the start, Our C.E.O Mian Waqar Shah was born in 1992 in Saudi Arabia and has lived most of his life there. He came to Pakistan for a short period of time in 2007 with his family and went back in 2009 to Saudi Arabia to finish his education. After he finished his education his father sold there business and permanently shifted to Pakistan in 2010.

In 2010 Mian Waqar Shah started a Real Estate Agency in Islamabad. He dealt in residential and commercial property, In 2013 Bahria Enclave Islamabad was launched and Mian Waqar Shah worked with Bahria Enclave Islamabad on many projects. Learning how Bahria Town operates, Mian Waqar Shah moved to Karachi in 2015 when Bahria Town, Karachi was launched. He has been working as a Real Estate developer and consultant, He started marketing back in 2017 for different projects and housing societies.

In 2019 we introduced advanced methods of marketing or better known as Social Media Marketing. We created a project with different packages that introduced these new era marketing strategies to Real Estate Agencies in Pakistan. This project is lead by our Director Operations Zeeshan Chaudary, with his 6 years of marketing experience we plan on changing the old worn-out strategies of Real Estate Marketing.
