Position: Sales Trainer
Industry: BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams
- Ensure sales teams have a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Spectrum BPO
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales training

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a sales trainer or sales coach
- Proven experience in delivering successful sales training programs
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to design and develop training materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
