Title of position: Call Center Representative
HAS Concepts is looking for fresh and experienced Call Center Representatives for USA base DME campaign. Fresh and experienced candidates can also apply but prior call center experience is a plus point.
Pay range: 30,000 to 40,000 + Commissions
Shift timings: 7 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Location: First-floor building no 5 Block A, SMCHS, Shahrah- E-Faisal Opposite TRG Building, Behind Kababist Restaurant, Karachi
Required qualification & skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proficient in relevant computer applications
· 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment (Fresh can also apply)
· Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
· Excellent data entry and typing skills
· Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
· Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
