We are looking for a confident and articulate Client Communication Executive to join our team at Motion Bee. In this role, you will be the face of our company, handling initial inquiries and ensuring a smooth communication flow between our international clients and our creative team.
- Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Manage day-to-day communication with clients via email, chat, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Discovery Calls: Conduct voice/video calls with potential clients to understand their project requirements, vision, and objectives (specifically for animation/video projects).
- Proposal Writing: Draft professional emails, project proposals, and quotes tailored to client needs.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a proactive follow-up schedule with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Project Coordination: Act as a bridge between the client and the production team, ensuring the client's feedback and instructions are clearly conveyed to the designers/animators.
Requirements:
* Fluent English: Exceptional spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
* Communication Skills: Strong ability to write professional business emails and communicate effectively on calls.
* Confidence: Comfortable conducting video/voice meetings with international clients.
* Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of digital services (Animation/Graphic Design knowledge is a plus).
