Selling courses online? Your landing page decides everything 💡

I designed Cousemedia — an LMS landing page built to help creators and educators sell with clarity.

Because course pages don’t fail due to bad UI.
They fail due to weak structure.

For Cousemedia, the focus was simple:
🎯 Clear value above the fold
⚡ Strong hierarchy that guides decisions
📈 Trust elements that remove hesitation

No clutter. No confusion.
Just conversion-focused design.

If your LMS or course platform isn’t converting,
I’ll design a high-converting landing page for your product.

AI is quietly replacing your design system...

Most teams are still building for the average user...

But the average user doesn't exist anymore...

Netflix doesn't show you the same homepage I see...

Spotify doesn't play the same recommendations...

Even your bank app adapts to your behavior...

Generic interfaces are dead...

Hyper-personalization isn't a feature anymore...

It's the baseline expectation...

Here's what's changing in 2026...

AI now predicts user intent before the click...

Interfaces morph based on context, time, and emotion...

Your design system needs to be dynamic, not static...

What you can do right now...

Start collecting behavioral data ethically...

Build modular components that adapt, not just scale...

Test personalization layers before rolling out full AI...

The designers who win aren't the ones with perfect pixels...

They're the ones who design for individuals, not personas...

Your users don't want to be understood...

They want to be anticipated...

Hasan

Most junior designers try to do everything at once...

That's the fastest way to burn out...

I've mentored 50+ designers...

Here's what actually works...

Start with one skill at a time...

Master Figma shortcuts before learning prototyping...

Master prototyping before touching motion design...

Quality comes from depth, not breadth...

The second mistake...

They skip the fundamentals...

Typography, spacing, hierarchy...

These aren't boring basics...

They're the foundation of every great interface...

Here's the productivity framework that works...

Morning: Deep work on one design task...

Afternoon: Learn one new skill for 30 minutes...

Evening: Review and iterate on feedback...

Stop comparing your chapter 1 to someone's chapter 20...

Your only competition is yesterday's version of you...

Focus on progress, not perfection...

Hasan

Most SaaS landing pages fail in the first 10 seconds 💡

Not because they look bad.

But because they don’t build clarity or trust fast enough.

When I designed Flowset’s landing page, the focus was simple:

🎯 Make the value obvious instantly
⚡ Remove doubt before it shows up
📈 Design every section for conversion, not decoration

Clear hierarchy. Transparent pricing. Social proof where hesitation lives.
Because clean design without clarity is just noise.

💬 What’s hurting most SaaS landing pages right now—clarity, trust, or pricing?

Good design doesn’t just look clean — it moves users to act.

This SaaS website was designed to:
• Reduce friction
• Guide attention
• Turn clarity into conversions

Dark UI. Strong hierarchy. Conversion-first layout.
Every section earns its place.

If your SaaS looks good but isn’t converting, that’s a design problem — and I fix those.

I designed a dashboard that shows traditional finances and crypto side by side...

Sounds simple. It wasn't.

The brief was clear: build something that lets users track bank accounts, investments, and crypto wallets in one view...

But after talking to actual users, I realized the real problem wasn't technical. It was mental.

People don't think about their savings account the same way they think about Bitcoin...

One is stable. The other moves 10% in a day.

Forcing them into the same visual language felt wrong.

So I didn't...

I kept fiat and crypto visually separated but connected. Different card styles. Different color treatments. Different update frequencies.

The key was making sure users could scan both in under 10 seconds and know exactly where they stood.

I also killed a lot of features...

Real-time price tickers? Gone. They create anxiety, not clarity.

Predictive charts? Removed. People wanted facts, not forecasts.

The final design prioritized three things: current balances, recent activity, and quick actions.

What I learned: less really is more when you're dealing with money...

People don't want dashboards that impress them. They want dashboards that help them sleep better at night.

One question I'm still wrestling with...

Should financial dashboards show you everything all the time, or should they intelligently hide complexity until you need it?

And how do you design for both cautious savers and aggressive crypto traders without alienating either group?

Hasan

Most SaaS websites lose users in the first 5 seconds...

Not because the design is bad...

But because it feels chaotic, aggressive, and untrustworthy...

I just finished designing a project management SaaS called Clarity...

And I approached it differently...

Instead of treating it like a marketing page, I designed it like a product interface...

Clean. Structured. Confident...

Here's what I focused on:

Dark UI to cut through the noise...

Green accents to communicate progress and system health...

Strong visual hierarchy so nothing competes for attention...

Spacing and typography built for clarity, not persuasion...

No inflated promises...

No feature overload...

Just deliberate structure that earns trust through restraint...

The goal wasn't to say more...

It was to let users breathe and decide...

Because clarity isn't just what you show...

It's what you choose not to say...

What design choice on a SaaS homepage makes you trust a product immediately, and which one makes you question it?

Regards,
Hasan

AI didn't replace designers...

It replaced designers who think like operators...

I've watched this happen in real time...

The designers still getting clients aren't the ones obsessing over the latest AI tool...

They're the ones asking questions AI can't answer...

Look, AI can pump out wireframes faster than you can say "user flow"...

But it has no idea why your users are bouncing at checkout...

It'll give you 50 logo variations in 3 minutes...

But it can't sit in a stakeholder meeting and decode what they actually need vs what they're asking for...

It mimics patterns it's seen...

You understand the human using the product...

There's a difference...

The designers I see thriving right now? They stopped competing on ex*****on speed...

They started competing on strategic thinking...

Understanding user psychology. Connecting design decisions to business outcomes. Asking the uncomfortable questions in discovery calls...

That's what AI can't do...

You're not in a race with AI...

You're in a race with designers who figured out how to use AI while staying irreplaceable...

And honestly, that's a better position than we've ever been in...

So here's what I'm curious about: what's the one skill you're investing in right now that no tool can replicate?...

Regards
Hasan

Most agencies think AI implementation fails because they picked the wrong tools...

They're looking in the wrong place.

I've watched dozens of agencies rush to adopt ChatGPT, Midjourney, and every shiny new AI tool that drops...

Only to see zero ROI six months later.

The real problem? They're trying to bolt AI onto broken processes...

You can't automate chaos and expect efficiency.

Here's what actually happens: An agency still operates with endless revision cycles, unclear briefs, and zero documentation...

Then they add AI into the mix and wonder why everything feels messier.

The tools aren't the issue. Your foundation is...

The agencies winning with AI right now? They spent months cleaning up their workflows first...

They documented their design systems. They standardized their client onboarding. They clarified their creative briefs...

Only then did they introduce AI to accelerate what already worked.

Think of it like this: AI is a multiplier, not a fixer...

If your process scores a 3/10, AI might get you to a 4. But if you're already at 8/10? AI takes you to 15...

That's the difference between struggling and scaling.

So before you invest in another AI tool subscription, ask yourself: Would this process work well even without AI?

If the answer is no, fix the process first. Then let AI amplify it...

Your future self (and your team) will thank you.

What's one workflow in your agency you'd need to fix before adding AI into it?

Regards,
Hasan
