We are hiring Sales Associate

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be placed with businesses in US, UK and Canada, and will be responsible for generating leads and revenue.

Responsibilities:
• Outbound and inbound phone prospecting and sales.
• Interact with prospective clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Properly record interactions within customer relationship management software.
• Email and SMS marketing.
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
• Lead generation and management.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
• Candidates with marketing CRM experience will be preferred.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Sales experience will be preferred.
• Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative.

Job Requirements:
• Full-time, work from home/remote based position.
• Timings: US, UK and Canadian time zones.
• Stable internet connection.
