We are hiring a Graphic Designer for our Development and Designing team. This position is great for an aspiring graphic design professional looking to work on business-critical projects and gain relevant work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software

• Test graphics across various media

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Website layout design

REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

• Proven experience in graphic designing, with a strong portfolio of work

• Experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma or XD, etc.

• Familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro will be a plus point

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

• Accustomed to market trends

Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for graphic design of Visiongraphic and also be a part of the wider product design practice, working directly with our cross-functional teams, including product, marketing etc
You will have exposure to global markets and gain a well-rounded skill set as a designer with business acumen and product sense
Ensure all design standards are on brand and adhering to the overall guidelines
Deliver artifacts that set the standard for design excellence, from ideation to prototypes to validate
Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions
Design brand identities and brand collateral
Create multi-media narratives that tell engaging stories of a team, project, or deliverable, with the audience and communication objective in mind
Participating in Design System building

Requirements:

5+ years of professional visual design experience
Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
Fluent English communication capability is required
Bachelor or Master degree in Art/Design, or equivalent professional experience
