-End to end management of PR and media (traditional & digital), influencer activities of the client
- Conduct regular meetings with the client

We are looking to hire a Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. The candidate is expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, & have strong problem-solving skills along with outstanding communication and report writing skills with superb technical ability and fantastic negotiation skills.

Responsibilities for Finance Manager:

- Plan, organize, execute financial tasks & projects of the organization
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting , forecasting and reporting
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, KPI tracking and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Understand and calculate the risk involved in the financial activity of the organization
- Evaluate financial performance of the company and measure ROI.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization
- Understanding of different tax implications especially on services & media will be highly preferred
- Manage to work independently and as part of the team
- Must have good command with invoice /purchase order processing and accounts payables / receivables in high volume environment
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners

Qualifications for Finance Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or M.B.A in Finance preferably
- 3 plus years of experience in accounting and/or finance (preferably in a similar industry and/or in a leadership role)
