Here's something most ecommerce sellers misunderstand:
When a customer doesn't buy — the first thing sellers blame is price. "These customers only want cheap stuff."
But that's rarely the real reason.
Think about it from the buyer's side. They land on your listing and within seconds they need to know: what this product does, whether it solves their specific problem, and whether they can trust you enough to hand over their money.
If any one of those three things is unclear — they leave. And they might buy the exact same product from a competitor at a higher price, simply because that listing communicated better.
This is the difference between ecommerce sellers who struggle and those who scale. It's not always about being the cheapest option — it's about being the clearest option.
