h Division conducts research for customer satisfaction simultaneously and independently in Pakistan. For companies, customer satisfaction index could be considered as the measurement for its brand performance in satisfying their customers. This satisfaction index could also be used to compare its performance with competitors'. Besides the satisfaction index per brand, the average satisfaction index for the industry can also be projected. Customers will be satisfied if the brand being used Provides good quality, Offered at the right price relative to the quality, Perceived to be the best among others, Fulfill their expectation in the future. These four mentioned parameter will be analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with loyalty level and so the Total Satisfaction Score/ TSSTM will be projected. The TSS will be the measurement in UCSITM ranking USF Customer Satisfaction Index (UCSI) is done nationally. UCSI involves 8400 respondents in 6 big cities (Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Queta and Hyderabad). 2400 respondents is allocated for each category.

The Consumers Eye (Pakistan) TCEP” is a non-profit and non-governmental registered social welfare organization, working since 2005 for the protection of Consumer rights in Pakistan. TCEP generates interest and involvement of Pakistan Industry and service sector in quality programmers to drive our Products/Brands and Services up to higher levels of quality standard, not only for consumer satisfaction but to boost our economy to meet the challenges of domestic and International markets. The theme of 8th Quality Conference 2018 will cover a wide range of topics promoting quality issues, and the Role of industry, quality experts, Consumer Organizations and government Authorities, in monitoring and enforcing quality laws and standards. Participants in the conference will include senior members from the industry and the discussion will focus on what improvements have individual industries introduced to improve the quality of their products, in order to provide quality and safe products to the consumers.

Water Awareness Walk by TCEP on 26th “World Water Day 2018”

World Water Day, on 22 March every year is about focusing attention on the importance of water. The theme for World Water Day 2018 is “Nature for Water” exploring nature-based solutions to the water challenges we face in the 21st century. World Water Day is coordinated by UN-Water, the UN’s inter-agency collaboration mechanism for all freshwater related issues in collaboration with governments and partners. In this regards a “Public Awareness Walk” held to raise awareness in general public about SAVE WATER CAMPAIGN on eve of World Water Day 2018. The Walk begins from Empress Market and ends at Karachi Press Club led by Mr. Umar Ghauri Chairman Consumer Eye Pakistan. Walk was jointly organized by The Consumer Eye Pakistan-TCEP, Consumer Voice Pakistan CVP with the support of Consumer Voice Mag and National Citizen Forum NCF.
