1) Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Agency (Karachi)
Teniqs is a growth-focused digital agency delivering measurable results across digital marketing, education consulting, and insurance sales. We work with clients across the UAE, USA, and UK and we're scaling fast. We're looking for 3 Sales & Campaign Executive to join our Karachi team, each owning a distinct revenue vertical.
We currently have 3 open verticals,
a) Technical Services Sales
b) Education Consulting
c) Insurance Sales
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle — researching potential clients, reaching out via cold email and calls, pitching our services, sending proposals, and closing deals. You'll also independently build and verify lead lists and report your pipeline weekly.

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
Excellent spoken and written English — client-facing communication is key
Comfortable working UK/UAE/US time zone windows (as applicable to your track)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Candidates with social media marketing shall be prefered.
Self-starter with a target-driven, ownership mindset
Familiarity with digital marketing, education services, or financial products is a plus — not mandatory
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and Google Workspace
Compensation: Basic salary + commission on closed deals
2) Lead Research Intern – Digital Marketing Agency (Remote, Karachi)
About the role:
Teniqs is hiring a detail-oriented Lead Research Intern to support our business development team. Your job will be to identify, research, and compile data on potential clients — primarily local businesses in the USA, UAE, and Pakistan — so our sales team can focus on converting them.
What you'll be doing:
You'll research businesses across target industries and cities, scrape and compile contact data, identify businesses with weak or missing Google Business Profiles, SEO or Websites and maintain clean, organized lead sheets for the team.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field
Basic understanding of Google Maps, LinkedIn, and online directories
Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
Attention to detail — data accuracy is critical
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with tools like Google Maps, Yellow Pages, Yelp, or data scraping basics is a plus
Interest in digital marketing is preferred
Compensation: Basic Stipend + Internship certificate on completion
