Sold by Amazon" update 🚨
In recent news it has been circulating that Amazon is closing down its "Sold by Amazon" program. To make it clear that this is not to be confused with Amazon selling in a listing ❌
Amazon will continue to sell on Amazon as usual‼️
This news is a reference to a program Amazon had from 2018 to 2020. In this program, Amazon invited third-party sellers to fix their prices to avoid a price war between sellers but as per the investigation while Amazon fixed prices for these sellers it offered lower prices in the same listing without matching the same criteria thus making consumers buy from Amazon instead of other sellers!
