Nowadays totally authenticity got replaced with polished perfection, fancy titles, and corporate buzzwords!

But the people and businesses I genuinely admire keep things simple. Their profiles reflect:

• Show who you really are.
• Do the work you actually can consistently.

That’s the energy I wanted my profile to reflect too.

No fluff.

No pretending.

Just my real skills, values, and the commitment I can provide.

I reckon more authentic we become, the easier it is to attract the right people and opportunities.

Today is my Birthday! 🎂

Almost Half day of it has passed 🙂

Muse Stream just aligned to write ✍️ something...

Being Millennial. I have witnessed little bit more than 4 decades till now. 😎

I saw the national TV time in my Childhood, then Cable TV era, after that Computers and Jerry's dialer internet. Then Ptcl Landline internet to 3G and Fiberoptics.

Don't know what more will be coming...

I have witnessed the birth and evolving stages of Social Media. Which are still ongoing... No looking back.

I have dealt with the people from baby boomers, Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z and Now raising Gen Alhpa as a mom 💮💮💮

Started proper career as teacher then to Customer Support. Accelerated freelancing career as content writing ( The Real One) without turnit or any other GPTs!

I have seen how AI is taking on things abruptly in every field now. That's why I choose to remain in the field of Social Media Management and Virtual Assistant Services.

With too much Ais and softwares. Humans still need humans for taking care of their business or lessen their workload

As, I am aware about the crux of this era, which is visiblity.

Keep showing up in a valuable way.

I'm trying to be better version of myself in this year and help as many people as I can as Virtual Assistant (SMM)😊

My learning is still on the go...

Many millennials are afraid of using technology...

Their fear is just. As they don't know all the advance upcoming things.

But they know many things. They know the patterns of previous technology.

They can connect the previous dots with the new ones.

Solutions are not far.

Believe me just need to make SoPs of using Ai and mastering any tools either of writing or visual content creation.

Documentation, Dedication, and Desire to learn new things daily with Discipline can make things easier for them.

As a Millennial VA , I do follow the same practices for my clients as well as for myself either 🙂

Overthinking at certain age becomes the part of lifestyle.

Unfortunately in negative affirmations for mostly people.

Overthinking should not stop the growth, it should flourish it in the positive way.

What we can do is to alter it for the positive possibilities!

Pray and Leave things on The Almighty and ask for the direction to Move on the right way either in personal life or professional.

Dear Millennials,

You are superstars 🌟

You are not late...

As a matter of fact You're much aware.

You have witnessed many good and bad situations and things happened in the world over 40 years.

You have survived many earthquakes, Tsunamis, wars, pandemics, food industry trends changing, evolving and advancement of technology...

From tape recorder to Walkman to CD playere

VCR to Computers

Floppy disk to CDs

National TV channel to cable channels

From wired technology to wireless one

Now huge change is Ai...

May be I am missing many points in it. You can tell in the comment section 👇📥

Main point is we sometimes feel little that we don't know enough or not much technical and technological smart as of Gen Z !

But in real we have good sense and knowledge of the crux of this technology.

All we need to position ourselves and become niche specific with full confidence.

As we have seen world accelerating from our eyes. We have the ability to accelerate our careers as well with discipline and right positioning.

What's your stance on this thing being Millennial?

I just have few questions coming in my mind!

Thought to ask from you all...

Is it necessary to show the screenshots of money earning and put on LinkedIn or other social media platforms?

Is that the only criteria of showing up achieving success?

Only those posts are boosted by LinkedIn/Facebook algorithms?

Only on those posts people mindlessly start congratulations 🎉 👏 messages and keep liking the posts!

Why don't people show the process of how they achieved things?

Why don't people ask them on those posts that how they achieved this?

Game gets on for screenshots posters of invoices in any currency any amount!

If you have any 'Answer' for these questions; tell me in the comments section.

I would love to read your opinion about it.

My Opinion is clear: They need to tell the whole journey of earning honestly in the bits and pieces!
