Some memories become treasures for a lifetime...
Today, our beloved Zayan Hamza Tabassum experienced his very first flight aboard PIA Flight PK-341, and what was already a special day became an unforgettable one because of the incredible kindness shown by the amazing crew.
Before boarding, Zayan had a small gift hamper prepared for the cabin crew and captain. It wasn't anything extravagant—just a ball pen, chocolates, and a heartfelt thank-you card—but it was our little way of expressing gratitude to the people who work tirelessly to make every journey safe and comfortable.
To our surprise, that small gesture was met with an overwhelming amount of love.
The entire crew treated Zayan with so much affection throughout the journey, making him feel incredibly special. Their kindness, smiles, and genuine warmth touched our hearts in ways we can't fully describe.
After landing, we were given another beautiful surprise. Captain Mirza Samir personally invited us into the cockpit so Zayan could see the flight deck up close. It was a dream-like moment for us as parents.
By then, however, our little one had just woken up from his sleep and wasn't in the best mood. When Captain Mirza Samir lovingly presented him with his First Flight Certificate, signed by the crew and himself, and tried to take a photo with him, Zayan became a little emotional and started crying. Even in that moment, the captain and crew were so patient, caring, and understanding, making every effort to comfort him instead of worrying about the picture.
Looking back now, that little crying face has become one of our favorite memories of the day. Not because he cried, but because it reminds us how genuinely kind and compassionate the people around him were.
A heartfelt thank you to Captain Mirza Samir and the wonderful cabin crew of PIA Flight PK-341. Your kindness turned our son's first flight into a story our family will cherish forever. You gave us much more than a journey—you gave us memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.
