🚨 3 Node.js Mistakes That Cost Me Big 🚨

Just finished a tough Node.js project. Here’s what I’d never do again:

1️⃣ Blocked the Event Loop
Used sync code for heavy tasks → API crashed.
✅ Fix: Offload CPU work to workers.

2️⃣ Let Memory Leaks Slide
Forgot to close DB connections → server kept dying.
✅ Fix: Use node-inspect + monitor RAM.

3️⃣ Skipped Async Error Handling
Uncaught promise rejection → 6hr midnight outage. 😴
✅ Fix: Wrap every async in try/catch.

Moral: Avoid shortcuts. Test early. Assume everything breaks.
