Most of you will be aware of Product Opportunity Explorer. It can be found Under the Growth Tab in Seller Central.

Note: Opportunity Explorer is currently available to Professional sellers in US and Germany, and will release more broadly in US and Europe through 2022. If you are a Professional seller and do not see Opportunity Explorer, refer to the FAQ.

✅ You can just simply go to :

Seller Central > Search Tab > Type Opportunity Explorer > Open it > Read All About it with FAQs too in the bottom of the Page to get maximum understanding for the use of POE and to learn more about what the KPIs are.

POE provides you information on all kinds of Products. So, if you are into Product Research, POE gives you a ton of help. As previously it had insights on Top Products of the Niche. Search Terms, the Trend.

✅ Now, it also provides you information on “CUSTOMER REVIEW INSIGHTS”

Now, it provides data on Product Level and Niche Level of Positive Reviews and Negative Reviews. + it tell what has more impact on Star Rating for both Positive and Negative Reviews

✅ Example, you can see in POE as well :

Topic : Price, it will tell %of Mentions for Positive Review, and then a short brief Positive Review on Price that was given by customers.

Same with negative Review : Topic Size, Mentions % of Negative Review, and then a short brief Negative Review on Price hat was given by customers.

✅ Now, on Product Level when we click on Products, the following Data we can see :

1. Price and Offer Data of Last 90 Days
2. Average Fees : Referral and FBA
3. Product Clicks and Trends
4. Graph Data
5, Info on which Niche does the Product gets shown
6. Top 3 Terms that gives most clicks to the product you are looking at on the particular niches
7. Products Click Count
8 Products Click Growth
9. Niche Click Volume
10. Niche Click Growth
11. Product Clicks Contribution to the Niche,
12. Separately, Customer Review Insights on the Particular Product.
