Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing and Facebook & Google Ads
• Design, build and maintain a social media presence across all digital channels
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Build relationships with key employees among customers
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to a contract terms
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
• Excellent client-facing, verbal communication skills and writing skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
