We had a fantastic time at the FCCU Job Fair 2026, hosted by FCCU Career Services & Internships Office an event bustling with energy.

iris and FranklinCovey Pakistan were proud to participate once again, connecting with bright and driven students eager to explore the future of work.

From conversations around market research, perception building, and the evolving role of human insight in an increasingly automated world, to discussions on leadership, empathy, and performance excellence, our teams engaged with students looking to shape meaningful careers.

It was especially encouraging to see growing awareness around emerging career avenues and the skills needed to thrive in them. Events like these allow us to guide, mentor, and open pathways for the next generation of professionals in Pakistan.
