Job Opportunity: USA Truck Dispatcher

Are you ready to steer your career in a dynamic, fast-paced industry? We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatchers to join our team and help drive success. If you have a passion for logistics and the skills to keep our fleet on the road, we want to hear from you!

Company: Tri-S Softec
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently coordinate and schedule trucking operations to meet customer demands.
Communicate with drivers, ensuring timely pick-ups, deliveries, and route optimization.
Monitor real-time GPS tracking and respond to any unexpected changes in route or delivery.
Resolve logistical issues to maintain on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
Prior experience in truck dispatching or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of U.S. geography and road networks.
