Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Lahore, Guldasht Town
Type: Full-time (8pm to 5am)
Salary: 40k -80k

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers using a provided list or leads database.
2. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
3. Keep accurate records of sales interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information.
4. Collaborate with sales team members and managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve campaign goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
