Cutting Edge BPO is looking for detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialists to support U.S.-based insurance agencies with back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• COI issuance and endorsements
• Policy documentation and renewals
• Task tracking in agency management systems
• Accurate record keeping and SLA compliance
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic insurance knowledge preferred
• Experience with AMS tools (Applied, HawkSoft, Momentum, etc.) is a plus
• Reliable internet and remote work setup
