⚠️ Pakistan's digital marketing and web design industry is being destroyed — and nobody is talking about it honestly.

Thousands of people in Pakistan — many who have not even completed their matriculation — are calling themselves "Web Designers" and "Digital Marketing Experts" after watching a few YouTube videos.
What do they learn?

→ How to add a free Shopify template
→ How to make Canva posts
→ How to run a boost campaign on Meta
What do they charge?
→ Website: Rs. 3,000 – Rs. 6,000
→ Social media management: Rs. 5,000 – Rs. 10,000 per month
Client signs the deal. Work gets "delivered."
And the moment the first problem appears — they disappear. Phone switched off. WhatsApp blocked. Website crashed with no one to fix it.

This is not just about wasted money.
This is destroying the reputation and livelihood of real IT professionals, software engineers, and experienced marketers who have spent years building genuine expertise in this field.
When a serious professional quotes Rs. 80,000 for a proper website — the client says "someone does it for Rs. 5,000."
They have no idea what they are missing:

And then there is the "Shopify millionaire" epidemic.
Every 2 to 3 months a new guru appears in Pakistan.
Rented luxury car. Borrowed office. A Rs. 15,000 course that teaches you to install a theme.
"Work from home. Earn lakhs. Shopify will change your life."
I have delivered 500+ e-commerce projects. Let me be absolutely clear:
Shopify is just a platform. A tool. Nothing more.
Without brand strategy, audience knowledge, performance marketing expertise, operational systems, and real market understanding — no platform will save your business.
The people selling these courses know this. They just make more money selling the dream than living it.
