If you bought Sol in 2023 @ $140 and you held on to it till now, you are actually running at a loss right now because sol is trading at $130 now.
Do you also remember that the price of sol increased to almost $256 around January to February of this year and many held on to it waiting for it to hit $350, now is down to $130. Lol
Take profit when you can, don't be too greedy or ashamed to take out that $100, $50, or even $20 dollars. The market is highly volatile, the price goes up and down and the business here is being able to buy when the price is low and selling when it's high.
I hope you understand, sell when you can and wait for another opportunity to hop in and yes, the opportunity will always present itself.
