We are a digital design agency and looking for a client success officer to help us with our day-to-day operations.

**Your Responsibilities:**

Your responsibility will be as following:

- Guiding inbound leads to appropriate services by answering their questions and maturing them to sales.
- Delegating projects to team leads
- General QA of deliverables
- Following up with clients, answering their questions, and sharing deliverables.

**Skills and experience required:**

- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of professional design software like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an added bonus, though, not required
- Bachelors from any reputable university
- Experience working as a customer support agent (optional)
- Basic understanding of Fiverr platform
- Candidates completed courses from eRozgar, DigiSkills and other government freelancing initiatives will be preferred

Your Responsibilities:

Your core responsibility will be translating the client's provided requirements into aesthetically pleasing designs.
Primarily Amazon listing images, boxes, and labels.

Skills Required:

- Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
- Experience in photo manipulation using Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in designing packaging labels and boxes

Experience Required:

- Minimum 1-year of experience required working as a graphic designer in a design agency/studio.
- Under-graduate from a reputable institute (optional)
- Excellent understanding of written English and good research skills.

We are located in Jail Road, Lahore. We are the best fit for job seekers who live in adjacent areas and have the relevant experience and skills mentioned above.

There are two shifts:
11:00AM - 8:00PM
2:00PM - 11:00PM

You will have the freedom to work in the shift that works best for you*.

It is a full-time job, Monday-Saturday.
Hiring Process:

Please submit your relevant portfolio and share your past work. We are not interested in your CV.

You will be called after initial screening for an on-site interview and a quick exercise to evaluate your skills.

Exercise:

-You will be given client requirements and you will have to translate those requirements into an aesthetically pleasing design**.
- Your salary package will be finalized once you have gone through the complete process and have aced the on-site exercise.


*Your working shift will be fixed and it can be discussed once you are hired.

**You will have complete rights to your design and we will be not sharing it with our clients
