Role Overview:
ESS is looking for a VP Sales & Growth who doesnβt just lead, but sells, closes, and brings in the growth.
This role is purely focused on:
β’ Project acquisition
β’ Revenue generation
β’ Client conversion
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Bring in business directly (US, UK, Middle East, Global Markets)
β’ Close high-value custom software development projects (Web, Mobile, AI/ML, Enterprise Solutions)
β’ Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline
β’ Convert leads into signed contracts and revenue
β’ Take ownership of monthly revenue targets
β’ Develop direct B2B client relationships
β’ Represent ESS in international markets, calls, and meetings
β’ Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:
β’ Proven experience in software house or agency sales
β’ Strong track record of closing international software development projects
β’ Experience in agency-based, project-driven sales (not resource augmentation)
β’ Ability to sell independently (hunter mindset)
β’ Strong communication and negotiation skills
β’ Existing network, experience & strong educational background
