Pre Coating Check List
1. The object to be coated should be chemically cleaned and Phosphated.
2. The charging electrodes should have required voltage.
3. The fluidizing air pressure must be adequate.
4. The powder coating booth air should be free of moisture and dust.
5. The powder delivery rate should be moderate.
6. Before powder coating, the spray pattern should be adjusted.
