Weβre looking for a creative YouTube Video Editor to join our team and help produce engaging storytelling videos.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Edit videos using provided script, voiceover, and assets
β’ Create an intro carousel animation with multiple stories
β’ Match footage accurately with the voiceover and story context
β’ Build strong pacing: hook β build-up β attack sequence β aftermath
β’ Use 5β7 second clips from different sources while following copyright rules
β’ Add black & white lower thirds (Helvetica Bold)
β’ Maintain emotional storytelling by repeating victim photos when needed
β’ Apply blurred backgrounds for vertical clips or photos
β’ Use provided music to match the mood (suspense, calm, emotional)
β οΈ Important Rules:
β’ Maximum 5 seconds per creator before switching sources
β’ Never place clips from the same creator back-to-back
β’ No blood or visible injuries in attack footage
β’ No black frames between clips
β’ Footage must always match the animal and story
β
Requirements:
β’ Experience editing YouTube documentary/storytelling videos
β’ Strong sense of pacing, suspense, and narrative flow
β’ Ability to follow strict editing guidelines
β’ Familiar with wildlife or documentary-style channels
