Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to onboard USA-based medical billing clients*. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in acquiring medical practices, clinics, or healthcare providers for medical billing services in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close leads for US medical billing clients
Identify and approach medical practices, clinics, and providers in the USA
Conduct cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and online prospecting
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper CRM records and lead pipelines
Requirements:
Proven experience in US medical billing sales or business development
Strong understanding of medical billing, RCM, and US healthcare workflows
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Existing network or lead sources will be a strong plus

MedCodix is seeking a skilled and proactive DME Patient Caller & Doctor Chasing Specialist to manage patient communication and coordinate with healthcare providers for timely processing of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth order flow, accurate documentation, and strong communication with both patients and doctor offices in the US healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to patients for order confirmation, documentation, and follow-ups
• Follow up with doctor offices for Rx status, CMNs, and pending documentation
• Perform consistent doctor chasing to obtain signed forms and approvals
• Ensure all required documents are collected accurately and on time
• Maintain detailed and updated call logs in CRM/EMR systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to avoid delays in order processing
• Handle patient queries professionally with clear and confident communication
Requirements
• Proven experience in DME patient calling & doctor chasing (US healthcare)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Ability to manage high call volumes and continuous follow-ups
• Good understanding of DME workflow and documentation
• Experience using calling tools, CRM, or EMR systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience dealing with US-based clinics, doctors, and front desk staff
• Knowledge of Rx, CMN, and DME compliance requirements
• Willingness to work in night shift (US time zones)
