گیسٹ پوسٹنگ میں اکثر لوگ ناکام کیوں ھوتی ھیں ؟🤔

جب میں نے آن لائن کام کا سوچا، تو مجھے بالکل بھی اندازہ نہیں تھا کہ یہ کیا ہوتا ہے، کیسے ہوتا ہے، اور کب ہوتا ہے۔ اسی دوران، مجھے یوٹیوب پر ایک چینل ملا جو کے نام سے جانا جاتا ہے۔

میں نے ان سے رابطہ کیا، اور انہوں نے مجھے ایک کورس بھیجا، جس کے بدلے میں نے انہیں ادائیگی کردی۔

میں سیکھنے لگا، اور کچھ عرصے بعد گیسٹ پوسٹنگ کے بارے میں تھوڑا بہت علم حاصل کرلیا۔ 📚 سر بہت اچھے طریقے سے گائیڈ کرتے رہے، ہفتہ وار میٹنگز ہوتی تھیں، جہاں ہم سب کام کے بارے میں سوالات کرتے تھے۔ الحمدللہ، ہم نے کم وقت میں کافی کچھ سیکھ لیا۔

اب میں مین ٹاپک کی طرف آتا ہوں۔ سر نے ہمیں شروع میں بتایا تھا کہ اگر گیسٹ پوسٹنگ میں کامیاب ہونا چاہتے ہو اور زیادہ آرڈرز لینا چاہتے ہو، تو سب سے پہلے اپنی لسٹ کو

مضبوط بناؤ۔ 🔥 یعنی جس کے پاس زیادہ اور ہائی کوالٹی ویب سائٹس ہوں گی، کلائنٹس انہیں زیادہ آرڈرز دینا پسند کریں گے، نہ کہ صرف چند لو کوالٹی ویب سائٹس والے لوگوں کو۔

مگر اس وقت ہمیں یہ بات سمجھ نہیں آئی، ہم کہتے تھے، "جب کلائنٹ ملے گا، تب دیکھا جائے گا!" 😅 ہم نے کلائنٹ آؤٹ ریچ شروع کی، لیکن کلائنٹس کلوز نہیں ہو رہے تھے۔

وہ آتے اور چلے جاتے، کوئی آرڈرز دینے کو تیار نہیں تھا۔ مجھے لگا کہ میں کچھ غلط کر رہا ہوں، اور تب مجھے سر کی بات یاد آئی۔ اس وقت میرے پاس کوئی اچھی ویب سائٹس کا ڈیٹا نہیں تھا، جو کلائنٹس کو پسند آتا۔ 🚀

اس کے بعد، میں نے ہائی کوالٹی ویب سائٹس اکٹھی کیں، اور کچھ عرصے بعد مجھے آرڈرز آنا شروع ہوگئے۔ الحمدللہ، میرا پہلا آرڈر بلک آرڈر تھا، جس میں کلائنٹ نے 10 آرٹیکلز پبلش کروانے تھے! 🎉 یہ دیکھ کر میری اس فیلڈ میں مزید دلچسپی بڑھ گئی۔

میری آپ سب سے درخواست ہے کہ پہلے اپنے آپ کو مضبوط کریں، اپنے کام کو بہتر کریں۔ ✅ کلائنٹس ملنا کوئی مشکل کام نہیں، بس پہلے خود کو بہترین بنائیں، نہ کہ بعد میں جب کافی وقت گزر جائے۔

فری لانسنگ میں کامیابی کا اصل راز ۔

بہت سے نئے فری لانسرز یہ سوچتے ہیں کہ جیسے ہی وہ کام شروع کریں گے، کلائنٹس انہیں منہ مانگا بجٹ دیں گے۔ لیکن حقیقت اس کے برعکس ہے!

پہلے آپ کو مارکیٹ میں اپنا نام بنانا ہوگا، ٹرسٹ بیلڈ کرنا ہوگا، اور پیسے کی لالچ سے دور رہنا ہوگا۔

میں نے جب گیسٹ پوسٹنگ شروع کی، تو میرا بھی یہی مائنڈ سیٹ تھا کہ کلائنٹس آتے ہی ڈالرز کی بوریاں لے کر آئیں گے۔ اسی سوچ کی وجہ سے میں نے ایک بڑی غلطی کی:

📌 میرا پہلا کلائنٹ Upwork سے آیا اور اس نے مجھ سے بیک لنکس بنوانے کو کہا۔ میں نے ہاں تو کر دی، لیکن ساتھ ہی بجٹ بڑھانے پر اصرار کرنے لگا۔ نتیجہ؟ کلائنٹ نے کام دینے سے انکار کر دیا!

تب مجھے احساس ہوا کہ میں کچھ غلط کر رہا ہوں۔ میں نے اپنی اسکلز پر کام کیا، کلائنٹس کی ڈیمانڈ کو سمجھنے کی کوشش کی، اور آج مجھے اس کا بھرپور فائدہ ہو رہا ہے۔
